If we can’t deliver to you according to our promise, then your food will be free. It means: a. If any order, is not delivered within the 30 minutes beyond assured arrival time stated in Order Confirmation email, you don’t need to panic. The order is covered in our service guarantee. b. Any differences in the cost of item billed by MyFoodPoint and actual bill given by the restaurant, difference paid will be refunded back to you. c. If there is any item missing, we will then try to replace that within acceptable time or else refund the amount. d. If, after placing an order, restaurant decides not to deliver your partial or complete order for any specific reason, we will then contact you with option of shifting order to any other restaurant or can select to get refund or we simply will reverse your transaction amount to medium (Netbanking, Debit Card, Credit Card, etc.) utilized by you when making payment to us.
Sorry, for not matching with your expectation. You may apply for refund within 24 hours only of placing your order on MyFoodPoint. Also, do us one favour by letting us know the reason(s) for same, in order that we keep that in mind and cater you better in future.

Yes, you can ask for partial refund if there were some items missing after you receive your order from restaurant and if restaurant bill is less than online bill paid.

Choose Bank Account as your refund option and then click proceed. e. We’ll review the request and begin processing your complaints. If required we’ll get in contact with you. f. You also can review status of your refunds related issues in section itself. g. On verification we’ll process your refund. h. Alternately you also can E-mail us at info@myfoodpoint.com. Please mention order Id as the Subject line. If order Id isn’t available with you, then please give your mobile number together with date of transaction.

No. We heartily apologise for inconvenience. Once any order placed it can’t be updated or cancelled as we at MyFoodPoint have live order system in place for most restaurants. This makes sure that your order reaches to you in the said time frame and that too in warm condition.
Unfortunately, most restaurants don’t have plastic/thermocol plates, spoons or bowls. Hence it is recommended to have your arrangement for this same.

To view status of a particular order, click on 'Order Number' link. You can also contact us via Email, Live Chat, & phone with your mobile number or order Id.

The COD refers to the Cash on Delivery option. It doesn’t matter in case you don’t wish to make use of your debit/credit card or internet banking. You also have the option to pay for the order when it gets delivered. Just place the order and make the cash payment upon delivery of your own order.
Sorry, we don’t accept cheques. It’s advisable to keep the billed amount ready when delivery is expected.

For COD, since your transaction is executed with restaurant(s) directly, we are incapable to cover same transaction under our guarantee. For COD, only menu price guarantee is covered, where refund is done.
Payment Pending Authorization: The order is logged and we’re waiting for the authorization from payment gateway. Payments Authorized, Order under Process: Authorization is received from payment gateway and the order is under processing by restaurant. Order Cancelled: Order was cancelled. Order Successful: Your order is serviced successfully.
If the method of payment was COD, all refunds will be sent in your MyFoodPoint’s account so that you can place your future order using the refund without any hassles.

No. MyFoodPoint Gift Vouchers/ Coupons/ Promocodes have same functionality; thus, you’ll not be allowed to use both these for same order/transaction.
